Dr. Fletcher was raised on a dairy farm in northern New York and discovered her interest in equine medicine while attending the University of Findlay. This interest was further developed during her time as a student in the Kentucky Equine Management Internship (KEMI) program and as a technician in Hagyard’s McGee Medicine Center. Dr. Fletcher returned to Hagyard as a Field Care Intern in 2014 after graduating from veterinary school at Cornell University. She is currently a field care associate.
Dr. Fletcher’s areas of interest are internal medicine, neonatology, reproduction and general care such as vaccination/deworming. (Source)
