Chenoa R. Schwenn

Dr. Chenoa Schwenn grew up in a small town in Southwest Missouri where she was very involved in the 4-H and Future Farmers of America. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science with a particular interest in beef and poultry production before continuing her veterinary education at The University of Missouri where she graduated with her DVM.

Looking for an adventure, Dr. Schwenn joined the veterinary family at Oak Hill Animal Hospital in June 2021. She loves helping all animals, but has a passion for large animal medicine, in particular equine wellness. In an effort to further the modalities available to her animal clients, Dr. Schwenn has recently attained her certification as an AVCA Veterinary Chiropractor providing her the skill to perform chiropractic adjustment on animals of all sizes with a special interest in equine.

In her spare time, Dr. Schwenn enjoys hiking, gardening, reading and spending time with her friends. She resides in Oak Hill with her significant other, Nick, their dogs Nessy and Tazzy, and cats Mali, Maze, and Huckleberry. (Source)
