Christina Braun, DVM

Dr. Christina Braun, a Connecticut native, developed a passion for horses at an early age, and grew up riding at New Canaan Mounted Troop and showing locally. She is a 2000 graduate of Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Braun worked in Southwest Florida as a mixed animal practitioner for two years prior to returning to the Northeast and working at Fairfield Equine and then Dunbarton Equine. Her interest in obscure lameness cases spurred her to integrate holistic therapies into her western practice. She obtained her certification in equine and companion animal acupuncture from IVAS in 2004 and her certification in equine and companion animal chiropractic from Options for Animals in 2006. Dr. Braun moved to the Midwest in 2013 and worked exclusively as an equine holistic medicine practitioner prior to returning to Florida in 2021. Her primary roles at Palm Beach Equine Clinic include horse show veterinarian and emergency clinician. (Source)
