Creech Horse Transportation

Creech Horse Transportation, Inc., formerly known as Creech Bros. Horse Vans, Inc., was started in 1965 by Charles L. Creech. Charles Creech purchased his first 9-horse van in 1965 from Clark Prather after being approached by fellow saddlebred horse trainers and exhibitors. The trainers approached Charles about buying a large trailer to haul their entire stable to shows. Charles enjoyed hauling horses himself and he took his next step toward growing by purchasing his second van from Anheuser-Busch. The van was previously used to haul the Budweiser Clydesdales. In 1978, Creech Bros. Horse Vans, Inc. bought Dunmeier Bros. in Plain City, Ohio. Dunmeier was an Ohio based horse carrier at the time and had the necessary authority Creech needed to transport in the eastern United States. (Source)
