Daren E. Tamplin, DVM

Dr. Daren Tamplin completed his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University where he was an integral member of the Texas A&M Polo Club, serving as a club officer and as a member of the 1998 United States Polo Association National Intercollegiate Championship team. Dr. Tamplin graduated from Kansas State College of Veterinary Medicine where he received awards for demonstrating proficiency in equine medicine and large animal surgery. He began his veterinary career practicing sports medicine on thoroughbred racehorses throughout the mid-Atlantic area and in Louisiana.

His main interests in equine veterinary medicine are lameness and diagnostic imaging. Dr. Tamplin is married to Alison Tamplin and they have three sons Abel, Solon and Emmett. (Source)
