Dr. Alejandra Rodriguez

Dr. Alejandra Rodriguez was born and raised in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. She attended the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus where she earned her degree in animal science. Dr. Rodriguez then obtained her DVM from Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine. After veterinary school, she completed a one-year internship at Allegheny Equine in Murrysville, PA where she practiced equine preventive care, reproduction, lameness evaluation, and emergency. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, scuba diving, traveling, and spending time with her dachshund Dumbo, family, and friends. Dr. Rodriguez is fluent in both English and Spanish.
