About Dr. Angela Martin-King, DC
Dr. Angela Martin-King is a Doctor of Chiropractic, Certified Animal Chiropractor, rehabilitation practitioner, and founder of the NEST Technique. With over 25 years dedicated to equine health, performance, and rehabilitation, she helps horses move, perform, and thrive by blending advanced biomechanics, nervous system function, chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and whole-horse assessment.
Known for her thorough, investigative approach, Dr. Angela looks beyond the obvious to uncover the underlying patterns influencing movement, comfort, behaviour, performance, and longevity. Whether supporting a high-performance athlete, a horse recovering from injury, a cherished senior partner, or one that simply “isn’t quite right,” every horse is assessed as an individual with their own unique story.
Alongside her chiropractic work, Dr.Angela also offers animal communication, Akashic soul readings, energy healing, emotional release work, and end-of-life support, recognizing that true healing can involve the physical, emotional, energetic, and soul levels. Her passion is helping horses not only move better, but live healthier, happier, and more connected lives while empowering the people who love them to better understand and support them.
Fun fact: If you can’t find me in the barn, there’s a good chance I’m on the floor having a conversation with someone’s dog… or making friends with the horse everyone else said was “too far-gone.”
