Dr. Joe B Armstrong

Joe received a Ph.D. in Animal Breeding from Colorado State University. He has recently retired as Professor and Horse Extension Specialist from New Mexico State University. Joe is an AQHA judge, enjoys horse packing, and has over forty years of experience in private farm management. He has aided and taught horse production techniques around the world in Russia, Europe, Cuba, Japan, North and South America. (Source)
