Elizabeth Klebe, DVM

Dr. Liz Klebe began riding horses as a young child in northern Virginia, and her passion for these animals ultimately led her to a career as an equine veterinarian. Liz graduated from Yale University with plans to become an English professor upon completion of her PhD at University of Michigan, but found herself being drawn more and more towards horses. She changed her field of study and graduated with honors from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2005. After completing her post-graduate internship at Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky, Liz spent a year practicing in Ocala, Florida before moving to Maryland in 2007.

Since moving to Maryland, Liz has established herself as a veterinarian who always puts a horse’s needs before her own and who cares deeply for all of her clients. She is looking forward to continuing her work in the area and is excited to welcome new clients to her practice. (Source)
