Elyse Titus

Elyse is an enthusiastic instructor at Klarmond Farm in charge of the Young Rider’s Program. She is a graduate of Iowa State with a degree in Art. She willingly works with children from the age of 4 and up, preparing them for horse ownership and safety, safety, safety! Ground work is included in her curriculum as well as English and Western approaches to riding. Elyse is also an assistant trainer to Nan Funkhouser, owner of Klarmond Farm, helping her train young horses and rehabilitating problem horses. She teaches “Soft Feel” riding and gentle handling techniques to all who come to work with her. (Source)
