Enda Currid, MVB

Dr. Enda Currid was born in the northwest region of Ireland and graduated from the University College Dublin School of Veterinary Medicine in 1994. After a one-year internship in Large Animal Surgery at U.C. Dublin in 1995, he moved to the United States to begin a three year residency in Large Animal Surgery at Tufts University in Grafton, Massachusetts. Dr. Currid joined the practice in 1998. He and his wife purchased the practice in 2001. He is the staff surgeon and his special interests are lameness and sports medicine. He is currently working toward accreditation with the International Society for Equine Locomotor Pathology (ISELP). Though time is limited, Dr. Currid enjoys hiking, fishing and snowboarding with his wife and spending time with his sons, Cathal and Daire. (Source)
