Equine Epiphany

I am not a therapist, but my horses absolutely are. Our herd offers people the opportunity to experience their inner world in a calmer way, that is not available anywhere else. Equine assisted experiences are proven to reduce heart rate and blood pressure, and help regulate your nervous system through somatic experiences with horses. There is no riding involved.

Team building and family group sessions offer people new tools to discover their inner workings and their group dynamics from a unique perspective. This makes the group more functional and empathetic, and more eager to be together.
