Erin Yager, DVM

Dr. Erin Yager comes from a rural farming community in Indiana. She grew up helping at her grandfathers’ horse ranch and spending time on the family farm. She attended University of the Cumberlands in southern Kentucky for undergraduate majoring in Biology and returned back to Indiana for veterinary school at Purdue University.

Dr. Yager joined the Laramie Peak Veterinary team in June of 2022. Dr. Yager’s interests are in beef production and equine medicine with an emphasis in reproductive work. She was happy to move to another small town to start her veterinary career.

Her parents, sister and brother-in-law reside in Indiana. In her spare time, she enjoys riding horses, hiking and other outdoor activities. Dr. Yager is excited to be involved in the Platte County community. (Source)
