Helen A. Philips, DVM

Helen Philips attended Texas A&M University where she received her Bachelors in Animal Science in 2002. Upon completion, she attended TAMU College of Veterinary Medicine until graduation in 2006. She moved to Brenham, Texas in May 2006 where she was employed by Brenham Veterinary Hospital. In September 2009, Dr. Philips started Philips Veterinary Services in a 1700 sq. ft. building. For over two years she worked to build Philips Veterinary Hospital. In December 2011 she opened the new clinic. Dr. Philips is married to Chad Philips who is an active member and advisor to Philips Veterinary Hospital. Matthew Philips is their son. Dr. Philips volunteers helping 4Hers with the veterinary assistant program. She has three dogs, two horses, and one cats. She raises back grounded feeder cattle in South Texas and show heifers.
