Honey Bear Farm

Honey Bear Farm, in Dublin, Ohio, has been owned and operated by Paul and Celeste Fender since 1973. It is the home of the HBF horses and numerous others.

Their first Paint horse to show was Honey Bear, after whom the farm was named and who became the foundation of their breeding program. Originally, the family was involved in the Paint Horse industry and they successfully raised National and World Champions, Reserve World Champions, NSBA Champions, Honor Roll winners, Top Twenty All-Around horses, Lifetime Leading horses, Youth Versatility Winners, APHA Champions, Superior Award and ROM earners. Their accomplishments also include being the breeders of foundation stallions First In Command (Multiple APHA World Champion and Versatility Sire) and HBF Iron Man (by First In Command), 5X APHA Champion (HUS & WP) and sire of multiple APHA and Pinto World Champions, and Congress Champions (AQHA and Paint).
