Dr. Jake Clements grew up in eastern Pennsylvania and began riding at the age of six. He was an active member of the United States Pony Club for several years and competed at local shows. Although he eventually gave up riding to pursue other interests, Dr. Clements remained active with horses, giving “lessons” to his younger sister who competed on the rated hunter circuit. Dr. Clements attained his undergraduate degrees from the University of Findlay and attended Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine, where he earned his veterinary degree. Since graduating from vet school he has had the opportunity to work with several excellent veterinarians at high profile clinics in Pennsylvania, Nevada and Utah.
