Jeff Mathews, DC

Dr. Jeff Mathews grew up in Central Missouri on JGM Quarter Horse Ranch. His family raised, trained and showed Quarterhorses, winning at the worlds and congress. His family still has a large ranch and have adopted hundreds of dogs, cats, horses and burros over the years.

Dr. Mathews has been practicing chiropractic since 1989. He practiced 16 years in Missouri and then moved to Colorado in 2005. Having practiced chiropractic for 33 years and instructing it for 14 years, adding animal chiropractic was a natural fit for him. In 2022 he expanded his practice to include North Central Arkansas. With his sports and extremity background, he enjoys helping all of his patients from nose to toes.

Dr. Mathews graduated from Animal Chiropractic Education Source (A.C.E.S) in Meridian, TX. He is Colorado Licensed, a Fear Free Certified professional, and is also certified by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association (AVCA).

To be AVCA certified the doctor must pass a comprehensive written and clinical exam. Most importantly, if you’re seeking the best care for your animal, you’ll want to ensure your doctor is AVCA certified. Obtaining AVCA certification is considered the gold standard for animal chiropractors. (Source)
