Jerry J. Rutz, DVM

Jerry J. Rutz was born and raised in Wyoming on his family farm and cattle ranch. In 1978 Dr. Rutz received his D.V.M from Kansas State University, College of Veterinary Medicine and has been practicing equine medicine in Murrieta, CA and the surrounding area ever since.

His practice includes a wide variety of clients and patients of all types. It is that variety that keeps things interesting and fun. He especially enjoys broodmare and farm production medicine, as well as the owner with one or two pleasure horses. Dr. Rutz has also provided veterinary care for a group of Asian elephants over the past 20 years, which helps keep things even more interesting.

His objective is to provide reliable, high quality health care for your horse that will suit your individual needs. Jerry enjoys fishing trips in Southern Baja and spending time with his daughter. (Source)
