Kara A. Pietroski, DVM

Dr Kara Pietroski grew up in a small town on the coast of Maine where she was introduced to horses by her grandmother at a young age. She competed on the equestrian team at the University of Maine and graduated with a degree in Animal Science. She is a 2012 graduate of Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. Following veterinary school she completed an internship at Tennessee Equine Hospital, where she stayed as an associate for 6 years. She completed her chiropractic certification at Options for Animals in 2013 and her acupuncture certification at Colorado State University in 2014.

Dr. Pietroski focuses on Sports Medicine and Complementary medicine, in addition to Wellness care.

When not working Dr. Pietroski and her husband Jake spend their time chasing their young daughter and a motley crew of dogs. She enjoys long distance running and sticks to trail riding these days. (Source)
