Kate Jelinski, RVT

Kate graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a degree in Animal Bioscience, and then continued on to Olds College to obtain her AHT diploma. After doing her practicum with Energy Equine, she was hooked on equine sports medicine and joined the team as a full time RVT in December 2022. Kate has a particular interest in equine rehabilitation and plans on completing the Equine Rehabilitation Certificate Program with the University of Tennessee in the coming years. Kate grew up showing miniature horses, but has since switched her focus to “big horses”. However, minis still hold a special place in her heart and you’ll find her gravitating towards any tiny equines that visit the clinic! (Source)
