About Kathleen McCallion, DVM
Dr. Katie McCallion joined our team in October 2020.
She went to Veterinary School at NC State and studied both large and small animals. She comes from a diverse background of environmental and federal employment prior to vet school including a decade spent working as a fisheries biologist and two amazing years spent assisting the US Army in Afghanistan.
When not working she enjoys spending time outdoors, live music, travel and adventure, and spending time with her significant other and fur babies. She has 4 dogs Bella, Bruce, Josie, and Sylvie, 1 cat Sage, 1 horse Stella, and 1 donkey Momo. (Source)
