Kelley C. Kays, DVM

Dr. Kelley Kays graduated Texas A&M in 1984 with both a BS and DVM degree. She is the founder and builder of Dowlen Road Veterinary Center, PC which opened its doors in April of 1996. After 26 years of serving the Beaumont area, Dr. Kays decided to sell DRVC to Dr. Danny Hurych, so she could semi retire and focus on other projects; however, she will continue to provide excellent patient care at DRVC.

Dr. Kays is the executive director and founder of Beaumont Pets Alive (BPA) a nonprofit 501 (3)c. She is proud of assisting the City of Beaumont to become a “No-Kill” city and she will continue to serve as the City of Beaumont’s primary Veterinarian.
