Kellie Lewis, DVM

Dr. Kellie Lewis started with TimberCreek Veterinary Hospital as an Associate Veterinarian in the Spring of 2017. She grew up outside of Mulvane, in south central Kansas, where she competed in western speed events with her local saddle club and rode every trail and dirt road in the county with her beloved mare, Arizona. Her career in veterinary medicine began in the kennels at the age of 15 in a practice very similar to TimberCreek. Dr. Lewis graduated with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University in 2014.

Dr. Lewis and her husband, Landon, live outside of Manhattan on a small farm with their two young boys, two house cats, a rescued Dalmatian, her QH mare, a miniature donkey, and way too many chickens to count.

In her spare time, Dr. Lewis loves to explore life with her two boys, photography, scrapbooking, and anything horseback. Her main veterinary interests include soft tissue surgery, equine care, and behavior medicine. (Source)
