Kiersten Fevold, DVM

Dr. Kiersten Fevold grew up in central Iowa. She was an active member in 4-H showing horses, rabbits, and lambs. She was also involved in Hippology, a contest that tests one’s knowledge of horses. She was proud to have been able to represent Iowa at the national level in Denver. Dr. Fevold received her Bachelor’s in Biology from Luther College and her DVM from Iowa State University. After vet school, Dr. Fevold completed an internship at Pine Ridge Equine Hospital in Glenpool, OK.

In her free time, Dr. Fevold enjoys spending time with her dog and taking her horse on trail rides. She hopes to one day have her own Fjord and get into driving more. She also enjoys gardening and baking, especially using time honored family recipes. Dr. Fevold is excited to start her career in equine medicine with Bristol Veterinary Services and looks forward to working with you to provide the best care for your equids. (Source)
