I love being able to help bring people out of pain by balancing muscles and muscle groups to bring the muscles into harmony.

Helping people relax and de-stress is another thing I enjoy. Our lives are so filled with stress and anxiety today which takes such a toll on our health. Stress relief and being able to relax are one of the most important aspects of health in my opinion!

Another goal of mine is to help fellow equestrians and their horses reach their potential through bodywork. Tight muscles can restrict performance and impede our ability to communicate with our horses. In addition, our horses are athletes and tension, restriction, and pain can negatively impact their performance. A massage therapist is essential in helping them reach their full athletic potential!
