Kim Harmon, VMD

Dr. Harmon grew up in Potomac, Maryland, where she developed her passion for horses through Pony Club and 3-Day-Eventing. Dr. Harmon is a 2007 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where her she received the Patient Care Award, and the George M. Palmer Prize for promise in equine practice. She chose to pursue her commitment to the care of horses by completing her internship here at Fairfield Equine. Kim joined the practice as an associate veterinarian in 2008.

Dr. Harmon has special interests in lameness and the equine athlete as well as the management of emergency cases. Kim also supervises Fairfield Equine’s externship program for veterinary students and is dedicated to providing students with a fulfilling educational experience. (Source)
