Mary Davis, DVM

Dr. Mary Davis is originally from Columbia, MD. She started riding at a young age and bought her first/current horse Hogan in high school. She competed in jumpers and dressage until becoming a working student for a local event rider who encouraged her to try eventing with her horse.

She attended Virginia Tech where she majored in Animal and Poultry Sciences. During her time at Tech she was a founding member of the Eventing Club, attending and organizing several clinics and horse shows. After college she attended Tufts University, Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine where she earned her DVM. During her clinical year, she received an award for Large Animal Ultrasound student of the year.

In her free time, you can find her at the barn riding her horse, or competing at local events on her weekends off. (Source)
