Matt Moskosky, DVM

Dr. Matt Moskosky and his wife Anna are both originally from the Dallas-Ft. Worth area but have been grateful to call Fredericksburg home since 2015. “Dr. Matt” received his veterinary degree from Texas A&M University in 2009 after completing his undergraduate studies while playing football at the United States Air Force Academy (2000-2001) and Hardin-Simmons University (2002-2005).

He began his veterinary career in Alvarado, working at the largest mixed animal practice in Texas followed by his own equine practice in the Austin area. In 2015, Dr. Matt moved to Fredericksburg and subsequently partnered with Dr. Franklin in purchasing Fredericksburg Equine from Dr. King in 2018.

Dr. Moskosky has advanced training in equine dentistry, reproduction (including AI with Frozen Semen, Embryo Collection and Transfer) and sports medicine. He additionally enjoys caring for dogs and cats and offers small animal services at the clinic.

His heart is set on serving the Lord, his family, and his community. Matt volunteers annually in the veterinary trips to Central America providing his expertise and knowledge to those in need. Mentoring and pouring into the future generation is something Dr. Moskosky is passionate about. (Source)
