    I wasn’t sure where to start but glad I listened to a friend to try equine therapy. I had a session that helped more than the years in other therapies that did some good but I just needed to see myself differently. It works!

    Dr. Jenkins-Fernandez is one of the best practitioners that I know. She has compassion and meets patients where they are at. She doesn’t force things but uses a reached based approach that works while still staying relatable and developing trust with those she works with. Not because it’s what she’s supposed to do, but because she really cares and wants people to get better and have a more functional life. You won’t find a better psychologist.
