About Meredith Duggar

Drawing on more than two decades of riding, teaching, and horse training experience, Meredith Duggar is dedicated to helping horse-and-rider teams achieve their goals through thoughtful, individualized instruction. As the owner and head instructor of Slow Twist Equestrian, she teaches riders of all ages and experience levels in a supportive environment focused on confidence, horsemanship, and partnership.

Meredith specializes in English riding instruction, including dressage, jumping, equitation, and horsemanship. Influenced by the principles of French Classical Dressage, her teaching emphasizes balance, relaxation, lightness, and clear communication between horse and rider.

As the owner of a Pony Club Riding Center, Meredith believes great riders begin with great horsemanship. Students develop not only riding skills, but also horse management, safety, leadership, and sportsmanship.

Meredith is a Certified Horsemanship Association (CHA) instructor, holds certification in Natural Lifemanship® Equine Assisted Learning, and has completed training in equestrian sports psychology with Daniel Stewart. Whether working with beginners, returning adults, Pony Club members, or competitive riders, her goal is to help every horse-and-rider team build confidence, develop lasting skills, and enjoy a rewarding partnership.
