Reece Myran, DVM

I grew up in Forsyth, Montana, where many of my jobs included farming, ranching, and working for Dr Rick and Calene Smith during school breaks. I attended Rocky Mountain College in Billings, MT, then graduated from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2004.

From 2004 until 2009, my wife and I practiced together in North and South Dakota. My experience included beef cattle production, ranch and western discipline horses, and spending two summers as the attending backside veterinarian at the North Dakota Horse Park in Fargo, ND (TB and QH racing).

Since December 2009, I have been practicing equine medicine in the Savannah area. My practice includes lameness diagnosis and treatment of sport horses, advanced dental care, nutrition consultation, podiatry, and geriatric care.

I have been married to Dr. Jo Fisher since 2006, and we have 2 sons (Ewan and Callum). Jo is a doctor at a small animal hospital in Savannah. (Source)
