Renaud Léguillette, DVM

Dr. Léguillette graduated from the ENVA (Ecole Nationale Vétérinaire d’Alfort) in Paris, France, in 1994 and obtained a bronze medal for his DMV thesis. He then completed a one-year internship followed by a three-year residency in equine internal medicine at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FMV) of the Université de Montréal. He obtained the status of diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM) in 2000.

He was hired at the FMV of the Université de Montréal as a clinician and lecturer in equine internal medicine from 1998 to 2001. Dr. Léguillette was also in charge of the performance testing for the diagnosis of poor performance in equine sports medicine at the FMV of the Université de Montréal in 2000 and 2001. He did several research projects on respiratory diseases in horses at the same time and obtained a M.Sc. degree in 2001. (Source)
