With over twenty bedrooms on-site, we have the ability to accommodate groups of almost any size. This family-owned and operated working ranch features over 250 acres with breathtaking views in every direction! The farm boasts a menagerie of beautiful animals for our guests to appreciate, from our herd of gorgeous horses to our awe-inspiring Longhorns, there’s no shortage of memories to be made here. We have open, lush fields and peaceful forests as well as a half-mile of frontage on the Shenandoah River: what more could you ask for? Come experience it for yourself!

The ranch has been owned by the McConnell family for almost four decades and has become an integral part of the Shenandoah Valley equestrian and farming community. We are conveniently located near to the Shenandoah National Forest, Skyline Drive, the George Washington National Forest, and the famous Luray Caverns. There is plenty to keep you busy close by but if you’d prefer to stay on property and enjoy the peace & tranquility of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the ranch has an endless list of activities you can choose from: horseback trail rides, fishing, birding, walking trails, lawn games, as well as a game room!

Our horseback trail rides are available to guests of the ranch and to the public as well. Anyone eight years old or older can ride, no experience necessary! We can accommodate riders from every walk of life as we journey along the Shenandoah River’s South Fork.
