Ruairi White, DVM, MPH

Originally from Ireland, Dr. White grew up in Newton, Massachusetts. He received his bachelor’s degree in Marine and Environmental Science from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in 2008 and served 6 years in the Coast Guard before pursuing his childhood dream of becoming a veterinarian. He graduated from Tufts University with his DVM and MPH in 2018, after which he completed a one-year large animal ambulatory medicine and surgery internship with Tufts Field Service.

Dr. White loves the variety of mixed animal practice and enjoys seeing all species. When not working, Dr. White enjoys hiking, running, fishing, and playing guitar. He lives in East Haddam with his wife, Kelsey, and their dog, Kodi. (Source)
