Ryan Jeremy Morgan

Dr. Ryan grew up in Chilliwack, BC and spent the early years of his professional life working in community recreation management and Human Resources. He has has served in the Canadian Armed Forces for the past 22 years and is presently a Squadron Commander with The King’s Own Calgary Regiment (RCAC). Dr. Ryan completed an Environmental Studies Diploma from Vancouver’s Langara College in 2001 and studied Environmental Biology at UBC until 2005. Having wanted to be a veterinarian at a young age, life got in the way, until in 2012 his 18 year old Border Collie/Blue Healer cross Darwin showed him that there was a veterinary school right here in Calgary. This twist of fate led him to quit his job and complete at BSc honours program in Zoology at the University of Calgary followed by graduation from UCVM in 2021.

Dr. Ryan’s practice focus is on integrative therapies and functional medicine with an aim to understand and explain the mechanisms behind medical problems by assessing the whole patient. He is currently completing post-grad training in medical acupuncture and Veterinary Spinal Manipulation Therapy (animal “chiropractic”) and plans to continue this training with Canine Physical Rehabilitation in 2022.
