Ryan Wennekamp, DVM

Dr. Ryan Wennekamp grew up in Lloydminster, AB, the oldest of four children on a cow/calf operation. He completed his Agriculture degree at the University of Alberta in 1996, and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2000 from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine. He moved to Cochrane in 2006 with his wife Jillian and their two dogs to do mixed animal veterinary medicine at the Cochrane Animal Clinic. Over time his practice emphasis has shifted primarily to cattle and horses.

Outside of work Ryan spends his time chasing after his children Addison and Barrett and pursuing outdoor activities like skiing and mountain biking. (Source)
