Samantha J. Mixon, DVM

Dr. Samantha Mixon was raised in Africa. She attended the University of Arizona graduating with a Bachelors of Science in 1990. In 1994 she graduated from University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine with her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine.

In 1995 I began pursuing continuing education in Equine Veterinary Dentistry and found a life changing focus within my medical practice. The profound difference that I was able to make in my patients lives from: enjoying their training… chewing their food properly leading to increased nutrition… prevention of colic… and much more, made me a believer in Equine Veterinary Dentistry. It became a large part of my first mobile equine practice in Tomball, Texas.”
