Sarah Leontowich, DVM, cVMA

Sarah was raised in Airdrie, Alberta and has a lifelong love of animals of all shapes and sizes. While working at a local barn she developed a passion for Veterinary Medicine, especially rehabilitation. She attended Mount Royal University for her undergraduate before being accepted into the Western College of Veterinary Medicine. Shortly after graduation she became certified in Veterinary Medical Acupuncture through Curacore, allowing her to pursue her passion for improving health and performance through a multimodal approach to patient care. Currently, Sarah is working towards a certification in Canine Rehabilitation.

Sarah believes that the patient should always come first and is dedicated to providing quality care to animals of all kinds. Whether you are looking to improve athletic performance or provide care for your senior companion, Sarah will work with you and your companion to achieve your goals.

When not at work Sarah spends her time riding her horses, hiking with her dogs, drawing and reading. (Source)
