Scott A. Hay, DVM

Dr. Scott Hay, a 1988 graduate of Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine, has been with TFB Equine his entire veterinary career. Growing up in Kansas, Dr. Hay spent much of his youth working for his father who was also a veterinarian. He is currently the president and managing partner of TFB Equine. Dr. Hay’s clinical focus is on lameness, performance evaluations and purchase examinations. When not in South Florida attending to racehorses, Dr. Hay travels to many thoroughbred sales where he consults with clients on potential purchases. Dr. Hay is active in the American Association of Equine Practitioners and is currently the chairperson of its racing committee. He also serves as the co-chair of the Racing Medication Testing Consortium’s Scientific Advisory Committee. (Source)
