Stephanie has been in the equestrian world in western NY since she was a toddler. Her family has been participant in local, and PHA horseshoeing. Steph has been in real estate since 2018 as a licensed Realtor helping fellow equestrians Buy, Sell and Invest in Real Estate property. She is connected to many other agents all over the Globe from NYS to Florida and Germany. She did extensive work in conjunction with Engel and Volkers real estate in Florida & KW Wellington. With National and international connections, and as one of Greater Rochester Associations Leaders in many committee roles influding but not limited to Equitiable Opportunity, the Pride Caucus, Realtor/MCBA committee, Professional Standards and more she has sold everything from preforeclosures to most notably listing a historic downtown mansion for 2.7 million dollars Steph can and will perform advanced negotiating for any and every client.
