Steve Cecil Hurlbert, DVM

Dr. Steve Hurlbert grew up in Missouri. He graduated from Oklahoma State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 1985. After vet school, Dr. Hurlbert went to work at La Mesa Park in Raton, New Mexico with Dr. Fox and his partners. He spent time at Remington Park and later worked the Trinity Meadows Racetrack near Weatherford, Texas where he later formed ESMS with partners Dr. Ivey and Fox. Dr. Hurlbert and his wife Terri have three children, Briley, Brooklyn and Stetson. Dr. Hurlbert’s special interests are lameness and podiatry. (Source)
