Terral Hill

A lifelong horseman Terral began under the mentorship of Terry Wilson, a Parelli certified natural horsemanship trainer and colt starter. His Icelandic Horse specific training began with Guðmar Petursson. He has worked for multiple well-known and respected trainers in Iceland including Anton Páll Nielson, Hulda Gustafsdóttir and Hinrik Bragason. While at Fet, Terral achieved certification as a young horse trainer. He is well known both in the U.S. and Iceland for his natural horsemanship techniques.

Terral has been the highest-ranked rider in Five Gait (2015 and 2016) in the U.S. National Ranking and has qualified multiple times for the U.S. Icelandic Horse World Championship Team. He again toped the National Ranking in 2019 & 2020 with Veigar frá Lækjamóti in T2 Loose Rein Tölt. Alongside working as one of the primary trainers, Terral co-owns Taktur with Carrie and provides valuable oversight and recommendations to the Taktur Team. (Source)
