About Todd L. Burdick, DVM

Dr. Burdick grew up dreaming of a life as a professional polo player in upstate New York. He graduated from Cornell University and realized his polo days were numbered and settled for a life in veterinary medicine. After answering the call of the Blue Ridge he received his doctorate of veterinary medicine from Virginia Tech and got his first job as a veterinarian in Warrenton, VA. Dr. Burdick started Burdick Equine in 2008. When he is not out on the road helping his equine patients he spends time at his farm in the quiet countryside of Flint Hill playing polo, hunting, and farming. (Source)

    BEVS is highly recommended. Dr. Todd has surrounded himself with the best quality staff and assistants in the equine veterinary field, all who prioritize the animal & customer welfare above all else. Twice this year, I have called BEVS for emergency guidance & Dr. Tyler came through without delay. Dr. Todd came for my horses annual exams & dental work, always taking the best care of them and making sure I understood everything perfectly. With BEVS I never have questions go unanswered.
