Yair Rojman, DVM

Dr. Yair Rojman completed his veterinary degree in 2001 at the National University of Rosario in Argentina. He has spent the last 15 years working with all types of horses in North and South America. Growing up in Argentina, his love of horses came naturally with the rich horsemanship culture and tradition of his hometown. Following graduation, he practised at the local racetrack and surrounding horse farms. He then moved to Texas to work as an intern at Performance Equine Associates and afterwards completed two Equine Medicine and Surgery internships; one year in California at Chino Valley Equine Hospital and a second year in Florida at Reid & Associates. He has spent the past 10 years of his career working at equine hospitals in Alberta and Ontario. In 2015 Dr. Rojman has finally realized his dream of opening his own mobile equine veterinary practice in his current place of residence Guelph, Ontario. His main interests are in lameness, dentistry, endoscopy, general medicine/surgery, with strong emphasis on wound management. During his free time you will most likely find Dr. Rojman running for his life on his favorite elliptical machine at the local gym, or sunning himself at home on the back deck with a medieval history book (and Smoksie of course).
