Derivation of Intermediate Pluripotent Stem Cells Amenable to Primordial Germ Cell Specification. Dynamic pluripotent stem cell (PSC) states are in vitro adaptations of pluripotency continuum in vivo. Previous studies have generated a number of PSCs with distinct properties.
