[Role of IgE-dependent reactions in atopic dermatitis]. Atopic dermatitis is a disease of multifactorial pathogenesis. Objective: of the study was to establish the most common allergens responsible for development of atopic symptoms in children with atopic dermatitis. Methods: the study complied 36 children aged 4 months - 3 years treated in the Department of Children Allergology, Gastroenterology and Nutrition because of atopic dermatitis.
