Multidisciplinary management of a complicated orbital injury inflicted by a horse. This case report describes an unusual and complicated orbital injury inflicted by a horse. Definitive management required multidisciplinary surgical collaboration to prevent significant ocular sequelae. The diagnostic role of good imaging and the potential use of bio-models are highlighted.
