Equilibrium Optimal is a ration balancer formulated for all classes of horses. It can be fed alone or in combination with complete feeds or other feed ingredients such as beet pulp.
Mad Barn's Feed Bank provides nutritional profiles on +3,000 forages, feeds and supplements used in the equine diet. With our free diet formulation tool, this data can be used by horse owners and nutritionists to design balanced feeding programs for horses in their care.

* Ingredients are not in order of their inclusion rate.

Feeding Rate: Feed Equilibrium Optimal as the sole ration to easy keeping horses including mares, foals and stallions to provide minerals and vitamins without adding excess calories or proteins. Feed according to the following table, whereby the lower quantity meets minimum vitamin and mineral requirements and the higher quantity meets Purina Superior Recommendations. Feed in conjunction with water and a minimum of 1% body weight (on a dry matter basis) of a long stemmed forage (hay/ pasture). Provide salt free-choice.
