Methodology

Processing

• The plasma was then transferred into storage bags for future use.

Storage and Usage

• The plasma storage bags were frozen to maintain the integrity and life of the plasma until it is required.
• These bags were quickly thawed when needed, enabling immediate use of the plasma. This contributes to the efficiency of equine medical procedures by storing plasma for emergency treatment or immediate use.
