Inhibition of in vitro maturation of equine oocytes by interleukin 1 beta via specific IL-1 receptors. Malignant giant cell tumor of soft parts in a mare. Two subcutaneous masses were removed from the elbow of a mare. Histologically they were composed of islands of polygonal to plump spindlelioid cells with large nuclei, coarsely stippled chromatin, and eosinophilic cytoplasm.
